Return & Refund Policy

Online Returns

Saleel Parfums offers a simple and customer friendly return experience. Subject to the conditions below, we provide a no questions asked free return policy for up to seven days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a refund, all items including complimentary promotional gifts must be returned within seven days of receiving your order and must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in fully sellable condition, exactly as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, labels, tags, inserts, and authenticity materials where applicable
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original Order Confirmation

Returns Process

Select the order you wish to return, choose the items for return, and complete the return request through the system.

A member of our team will contact you within forty eight hours to arrange collection.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the return request is completed and the items have been inspected and approved. Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card payments will be refunded to the original card within fourteen to twenty one working days
  • Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded as store credit to your Saleel Parfums online wallet

Item Return Policies

Damaged Goods and Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please initiate a return through the standard returns process. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and within seven days to qualify for a full refund.

Replacements may be offered depending on stock availability.

Products with possible manufacturing defects may also fall under a manufacturer warranty.

Packaging Requirements

Please ensure that all product packaging is kept in good condition. For example, damaged perfume boxes or incomplete packaging may prevent resale and may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Our collection agents may conduct an initial inspection upon pickup, but this does not guarantee final approval of the return.

Exchanges

Saleel Parfums does not currently offer direct exchanges.

All items must be returned through the standard returns process, and a new order may be placed for replacement items.

Return Monitoring

Saleel Parfums reserves the right to monitor return activity and may refuse orders from customers with unusually high return rates.
